St. Attracta's Community School

Sporting Achievements

Since St Attracta’s Community School opened in 2002 we have enjoyed much sporting success. The main sports in which students take part are Gaelic Football (boys and girls), Basketball, Volleyball, and Athletics.

Connacht titles have been won by the school each year since it opened in 2002. The school year 2005-2006 was undoubtedly our high point on the sporting front when in addition to our girls teams winning both senior and junior Connacht titles our senior boys became the winners of the All-Ireland B. College title.
